Nishikido’s whining gets on Nino’s nerves only ten minutes into their break, so Nino carefully saves him game, puts down the console, looks the other man in the eye, and says bluntly, «Junnosuke tells me you like to complain about things that aren’t from Osaka and things that take up your time and things that are better than you but I don’t want to hear it so you’d better get over here and do something useful with that mouth of yours,» and prepares for an epic battle of snark, but Ryo surprises him with a smirk and an almost playful, «If I do that, your Tokyo pride will be bruised because you can’t ever measure up, and we’ll just have to keep competing and comparing and practicing,» and suddenly Nino realizes that Ryo might be the best non-Arashi costar he’s ever worked with.
